Occasionally she has a urinary accident in the house, despite the fact that she has been perfect with housetraining since she was four months old. Yet, she has kidney disease, so maybe that's the reason she sometimes cannot hold her bladder. She does sleep a lot, sometimes paces and is generally less active, but what if that is simply due to her arthritis? The truth is, her symptoms are classic for all of her diseases AND for dementia. If I am being honest with myself, she is probably in the early stages of dementia.
